Our recent Tie-dye party and eat fest produced awesome looking company shirts! Who knew cotton tees, a dozen bright color dyes, and engineers would mix so well. I’m pretty proud of the results and wear my shirt to show it whenever I can.
Even though many had never done this fun and creative act before or it had been so long it felt brand new, doing this simple task as a group showed me that we can work together to achieve any kind of goal. Not every job is going to be fun or colorful, but that doesn’t mean the same enthusiasm can’t be applied. Each staff member adds to the process of bringing a project to conclusion, even if it’s in the middle of a larger job scope.
