What type of creativity will you be using today?
Did you know there are three types of creativity? They are combinational, exploratory, and transformational.
Art is within the eye of the beholder and subjective. Yet is art limited to paints, ink, clay, or any medium for that matter or just our understanding of it? How can we be creative in design beyond a building or structure? To dig deep into an exploratory and potentially transformational concept that supports these visible artistic structures is the challenge.
Although not all houses are luxurious homes, they do all have things in common. Compliance with combinations of rules and requirements to meet code, standards, and safety regulations. So, there are limits to how creative someone can be with their dream home or project. This does not mean your designers cannot push the limits for your specific project. Knowing what your aspirations are and exploring all the possibilities of the property you are planning to develop means you need a team that is creative, knowledgeable, and experienced. Sounds exciting and gives a whole new meaning to ‘gallery opening.’
